As a child, accompanied by my older sister, I saw the film "Mary Poppins," which changed the course of my life and ignited my passion for musicals. As a dancer, I had the opportunity to perform in a production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical "Evita," directed by Harold Prince with choreography by Larry Fuller. This experience deepened my love for musicals, and although my initial steps into directing were in opera, I seized every opportunity to direct musicals.
Since then, I have directed several notable productions, including:
"Evita" (Lloyd Webber - Stadttheater Ingolstadt)
"Jekyll & Hyde" (Wildhorn - Theater Magdeburg)
"Hello, Dolly!" (Herman - Theater Magdeburg and Lehár Festival Bad Ischl)
"La Cage aux Folles" (Herman – Bühne Baden)
"Bonnie & Clyde" – Austrian First Performance (Wildhorn – Bühne Baden)
"The King and I" (Hammerstein)
"Cabaret" (Kander – Bühne Baden)
"Titanic" (Yeston – Bühne Baden)
